I am not a big eater but I think I gain weight pretty quick cause I starve myself eat once maybe twice a day. I don’t eat breakfast and my lunch is usually around 2 or 3 pm. HELP!

Im on the drug zoloft Sertraline and I heard it makes you lose weight. I been eating like crazy and not working out so I dont understand. I use to drink pop alot and I cut that out and on top of that when I first got on zoloft about a month ago I had Loss of Appetite and diarrhea. I heard also that anxiety causes weight loss too and I have anxiety VERY bad, because I always thought I was going to die from like cancer or something or hiv, and my doc gave my blood count test, urine test and few other test and said im fine. So this is normal amount of weight a person can lose with out trying or should I be worried and talk to my doctor again ???
