Anyone have any experience with these? -I’m not looking for a “magic weight loss bullet” but something to help that isn’t an addictive or otherwise harmful pill, mix, formula,etc. I have changed my eating habits and my exercise habits and the things I do for fun (like less TV). This was just suggested to me and I don’t know a lot about it, and was hoping someone out there had first hand experience.
