I am getting married in 6 weeks and would like to add a weight loss supplement to my diet and exercise routine. I follow a low-fat, low-calorie, high fiber diet (ie weight watchers) and exercise throughout the week. I see commercials for all different pills, but not sure which one would be good for me. I just want to maximize my weight loss in the weeks before my wedding. Ultimately, I would like to lose 10 lbs, please let me know what I can use to help accomplish this.

I am trying to loose a couple of lbs but i am the kind of person that needs motivation. I have been trying for months to loose but i keep going back to my old habits. I need for someone to help me along the way, check in on me to make sure if i have eaten the right things, tell me of a bad habit before i do it. I know it sounds pretty stupid but i know myself and i know that if i had the push from someone else, i would be able to stick to my diet plan. It’s just me and i can’t do this alone. thanks guys but i am financially strapped and cannot afford a trainer at this time. i wish i could though.
