I can’t take weight loss pills, due to medications I take for epilepsy, and I can’t afford any of those fad diets like LA Weight Loss (though I know from experience that plan really works well) or Weight Watchers. I exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after dinner. Any tips or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

This is kind of hard to explain. Say my body requires 2000 calories a day so I consume 2000 calories in one day but burn 2500 at the gym. I have therefore burnt 500 more than by body needs. How long does it take for your body to process this weight loss? Is it immediate or is there a process which takes a certain amount of time? I hope this makes sense!
