I am 5′6 and weigh approximately 120 lb so I really don’t want to lose weight… I have a small frame & relatively small chest and hip measurements but have a lot of belly fat. I know that you can’t spot reduce. I was planning on doing some sort of cardio at least 3 times a week in addition to strength training… but won’t I lose weight then? I am more interested in losing inches from my waist than losing weight.

I weigh 210 lbs, I have tried a few products and ways to lose weight, but they don’t seem to work. I want to lose 90 lbs before June. What would be the quickest and simplest way to lose weight, and do is safely. Thank you for your time.

Most diet pills are appetite suppressants, which Im not looking for. Im basically looking for a pill that aids in the weight loss process. I suppose a metabolism booster or fat burner, that won’t cause serious heart problems. I already work out 5-7 days a week and eat pretty healthy (I consume around the minimum calorie amount, 1200 calories). However, I am having trouble getting past a wall. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful : )

I am trying desperately to lose weight. I’m 18 and have struggled with weight all my life. I would love to lose about 130 and need to do so in order to be healty. I have tried every diet in the past from low carb, to low cal and fat. I do not eat much and gain a lot more weight than what I take in. I am one string from giving up and I am desperate. I am going to give another try to weight loss and this time I am planning to use a supplement to assist me. I am also considering doing the hollywood diet on the weekends to help. I went to the store and seen all of the different supplements and just really don’t know what is best. If you could help me I would really appreciate it.

Intestinal gas is methane and methane gas is lighter than air. With these 2 truths in place, how many/much beans would a normal, 150 pound person have to eat to show measurable weight loss after passing gas?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 17. My thyroid function is “normal” or at least that’s what the doctor says. I’ve been taking levothyroxine for as long as I’ve been diagnosed. I’m 22 now and even thought I’m taking the medication, I’m still having symptoms: Hair loss, Intolerance to cold and of course, weight loss. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can lose weight with Hypothyroidism?
