Are more ingredients better? ZCA Stack only has 3 ingredients, Orovo X-treme has 50. Both are supposed to be intense weight loss products not to be taken unless you want serious results. But why the great disparity in ingredients? What does that mean for me as a dieter.

Exercise and diet aren’t the problem. I train 6 hours a day and eat about 1300 calories.
