I want to lose a substantial amount of weight (60 lbs.) but I still want to have a nice chest and ****. Any tips on how I can drop the weight but at the same time improve on the areas I want to keep curvy?
I have been dieting and exercising lately to try to lose some weight (I am not overweight 5′1″ and 110lb) but i have only been losing weight from my stomach and none from like my legs and ****…how can I lose weight in my legs and **** and not my stomach?
I’m already tiny, I’m just self conscious about the extra bits of fat around my hips and on the backs of my legs near my ****. If anyone has any tips? I guess I’m just wondering if running every day combined with doing a workout plan of excercises for core muscles, squats, lunges, things like that, will make me lose the weight i want to, and fast. I want to lose weight on my stomach, thighs, and ****. I have been watching my calories and eating around 5-6 meals a day. I have been doing a variety of ab exercises and have seen some results, but I want to increase accuracy. Any suggestions?
