I am 5′6 and I weigh anywhere from 150 and I want to lose weight before my graduation day which is about a month away. I run three miles 5 to 6 days a week and I eat relatively healthy and still cannot seem to lose weight. Any suggestions? Please no cruel or mean answers, I am very sensitive when it comes to people judging me about my weight and looks. Thank you!
